Reinstalling a Windows VPS

If you have a problem or want a clean system, you can do a reinstall.

How the reinstall works

You request a reinstall with a ticket to support.

Steps:

1. Sign in to the client panel
2. Open Support / Tickets
3. Create a new ticket
4. Write a request to reinstall the server

• All data will be deleted
• You will receive a new password by email
• The process is done by an administrator

Turnaround time

The reinstall is done within 24 hours after you submit the ticket.

In most cases it is handled faster, but plan for this time.

After that

You will receive:

• a new password
• access to a clean Windows

Result

The server is as good as new and ready to use.
