🖥️ How to connect to a Windows VPS (RDP)

Remote Desktop (RDP) lets you manage a Windows server remotely.

📦 What you need

  • The VPS IP address
  • Username (Administrator)
  • Password

🔗 Connecting from Windows

  1. Press: Win + R
  2. Type: mstsc
  3. Enter the IP address
  4. Click Connect

🔐 Sign-in

  • Username: Administrator
  • Password: the password is sent by email after the server is created or reinstalled
    ---

⚠️ Possible problems

  • wrong IP
  • port 3389 blocked
  • firewall settings

🔄 If you have reinstalled

When the VPS is reinstalled:
  • you will receive a new password by email
  • the old password NO longer works
  • always use the most recent password you received
If you do not receive a password:
  • check your spam folder
  • check the client panel

✅ Result

You will have full access to your Windows VPS.

ℹ️ Windows licence

The Windows installation does not include an activation licence.

You can:
  • use your own licence
  • use the system without activation (with limitations)

💡 Tip

After your first sign-in it is recommended to:
  • change the password
  • keep it in a safe place
